Nam Tai Property closes on its first commercial bank financing after obtaining full control and RMB 700 million refinancing of its Tech Center in the first quarter. Sale of Wuxi Property for RMB 224.8 million.

2024

Nam Tai Property's leadership obtained full control over the on-shore subsidiaries.

2023

Nam Tai Inno Park was assessed as Shenzhen SME Entrepreneurship and Innovation Demonstration Base.

2022

Nam Tai • Longxi was completed in the fourth quarter.

2021

Commencement of pre-sale of Nam Tai • Longxi in the second quarter; Special meeting of shareholders was held on November 30, 2021. New board elected.

2020

Land parcel acquisition in Dongguan City for Nam Tai • Longxi in March 2020; The grand opening of Nam Tai Inno Park was held in the third quarter; The main structures of the basements of Towers A and C for Nam Tai Technology Center were completed in September 2020.

2019

Commencement of the main structure construction of Nam Tai Technology Center in July 2019; Nam Tai Inno Park is open for pre-lease in the first quarter.

Commencement of construction of Nam Tai Inno Park in Guangming, Shenzhen.

2017

Nam Tai Inno Park held a groundbreaking ceremony on May 5, 2017, in Guangming, Shenzhen.

We ceased our LCM manufacturing business in April 2014 to focus our efforts on developing two research and development centers and changed our name to Nam Tai Property Inc. (OTC Expert Market: NTPIF).
